I have always been athletic and participated in team sports my entire life since the age of four. I realized that nutrition and proper lifting techniques yielded a competitive advantage during my sporting events. My passion for sports was postponed as I served the United States Navy for five years, but I continued weight lifting and prioritizing bodybuilding when time permitted. It was in these moments that I realized I had a sincere passion to pursue a fitness career and compete in competitive bodybuilding shows in the future. I used these five years to get educated, train, and build a great physique.

In 2018 I competed in the Dexter Jackson Classic taking 5th place in my division. I continued to train under various coaches and develop a more competitive physique. In 2019 I competed at the NGA Gator Classic and won my professional bodybuilding card in the Physique division. Since then I have competed in two pro shows taking 6th place (NGA Universe, 2019) and 2nd place (NGA Hurricane, 2020). Shortly after being a pro card recipient, I found sponsorship with supplement company Core Nutritionals. This is where things really started to change and I made the bold decision to devote my life to personal training and developing others.
Since 2019 I have been training and coaching individuals in local gyms in Jacksonville, Florida and leveraging social media combined with video conferencing to train clients online. I have had the opportunity to train clients of different ethnicities and body types to reach their fitness goals through proper nutrition, supplement advice, and custom exercise programs.
